How to delete your Dien Chan Dots account

Deletion procedure

Open the Dien Chan Dots app on your device

Go to your Profile (icon at the bottom right)

Tap Settings then "Delete my account"

Confirm deletion by following the instructions

Data deleted

Login information (email, credentials)
Favorites and personal preferences
Usage history

Deletion timeline

Deletion is effective immediately after confirmation. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days maximum.
